My role at RMwas dual focused,primarilycomprising of key account management and sales penetration within
RM Secondary school clients, increasing their commitment to RM, and expansion of the product portfolio,
coveringeverythingfromSAN solutionstowebfiltering.The role also comprised of new business development,
focussedonqualificationof opportunitieswithinnonRMschoolswithinmyregion by positioning RMas a market
leader in educational solutions. I have built enduring relationships across the breadth of the organisation to
supportmy sales activities,andachievedtargetsof 1.5 to 3 million consistentlyoverthe lastfew years. Ialsoheld
responsibility for management of the sales pipeline, and forecasting both short and long term opportunities,
creatingsales and marketing activities to generate spend and awareness within my patch region. I was also the
DeputySales TeamLeaderwhichinvolvedresponsibilityof asalesteamof ten membersinthe absence of my line

million, and I have been nominated for sales person of the year at the annual sales and marketing awards on
three occasions.

In my external role at Computer 2000, I was responsible for managing large corporate re-sellers such as SCC,
Elcom, Servo and Computerland. My monthly targets of between four and six million pounds were regularly

my accounts and working closely with my internal colleagues and Managers at Computer 2000 ensured that my
accounts were managed to a high standard. I was also responsible for producing Service Level Agreements
betweenmyaccountsandComputer2000 guaranteeingspendlevels andcommitment from my account set over
a period of time.
Prior to my external role at Computer 2000, I held an Internal Sales role before I was promoted to Field Sales.
