After you have archived a message and left a summary, follow these steps to open the message from its original folder: 1. Click on the folder in which the message was originally stored (such as Inbox ). Any archived messages with summaries will appear with a torn page icon in the Attachments column. 2. Click on the message. This will open the summary. 3. To open the full message in its archive, click the Open in Archive button in the action bar above the message.
With Lotus Protector, you can view and manage a list of company-blocked senders, add your own personally-blocked senders, or choose to allow certain blocked senders' mail. To view and manage your spam settings, expand the Spam protection section in the navigation pane of you mail. It's just displaying web pages inside the Notes client. I believe that future versions will (could) be implemented using Xpages so the experience will be more seamless. The administrator sets an ini variable to point to the right Protector server (mine says "$PROTECTOR_LOCATION=194.153.113.41:4443". When they do that, the Protector items show up on the user's client.. The user has to log in the first time (I think), and from then on, it all just works. :) Oh, and along with this, the old block mail feature has been reworded to be more accurate: "Deliver Sender's Mail to Junk."

You can launch and run XPages on the Notes client. Some setup is required before you can run XPages, and you need to install both the Notes and the Domino Designer clients.
