Performed all managerial tasks required for starting and growing a QA Department; hiring,
training and creating processes for the QA Department as well as processes on collaboration and
work processes with the Compliance and Engineering Departments
Learned and tested all components of the Casino Management System including Slot
Accounting, Player Tracking and Table Games Accounting
Created submission packages that required system change documentation and code comparisons
for regulatory submission to the NV Gaming Control Board and GLI Test Lab and supported
the process to obtain approval for the product into multiple gaming jurisdictions

Responsible for all day to day test activities and management of the team members
This team was responsible for creating testing plans and performing test tasks on 30 odd Casino
Applications
Test cycles were for new products, enhancements to existing products and bug fix releases
As part of the R&D Management Team, I attended department and inter-departmental meetings
on project planning and systems development
Hosted a weekly inter-departmental bug triage where system bugs were assessed for proper
prioritization and impact to the customer
Worked with team members to resolve complex system issues and setup of proper test
environments
Working as a team, we setup complete test environments of games and systems for regulators
labs and demonstrated our products to gain regulatory approval
