Introduction
This program is so important because it helps us to collect our own information
about our thoughts and we can minimize our ideas about the teaching
environment, this program can help you also to identify your perspectives on
teaching because most of the time people has problem to identify their abilities
and how they can use this in their class.
People thinks that when you start teaching some class you are going to do this
just for doing but first you need to know what is your area and how you are
going to teach and the abilities or the activities that you can use in the
classroom to get the attention of your students and how to teach because this
program help you in find you style of teach.

The most important of this program is that you need to identify your style in this
type of program the important thing is that it helps you
When people become motivated and productive learners when they are working
on issues or problems without fear the students can succeed at learning if they
give it a good try a good teachers care about their students and understand that
some have histories of failure resulting in lowered self-confidence. However
they make no excuses for learners. Rather, they encourage their efforts while
challenging students to do their best effort
Well I think that teachers must understand how their learners think and
reason about the content. The primary goal is to help learners develop
increasingly complex and sophisticated cognitive structures for comprehending
the content.

2. Teachers use to transport learners from simpler ways of thinking and reasoning
to new, more complex and sophisticated forms of reasoning. Good teachers
adapt their knowledge to learners' levels of understanding and ways of thinking.
With this program the teacher's role changes; they offer less direction and give
more responsibility as student’s progress from dependent learners to
independent workers.
Conclusion
Well in my case this program is very interesting because it helps us in many
ways to show or teach how to be a good teacher because it says how we have
to control our students what we need to do in order to get better result with our
students
But I have some doubt because my result said that I am an individual and in my
case I don’t think that I am a individual because I really like to work with people
or in group for that reason I not agree with this result
This information can be using in the case when you think that you are doing a
bad job with your classroom because it helps to take the control of your
students and how to motivate with the class and that your students give their
best in the class.
