Tactical Planning: Planning that guides the implementation of activities
specified in the strategic plan.
SWOT analysis: Review that helps planners compare internal organizational
strengths and weaknesses with external opportunities and threats.
Strategic Business Units (SBU’s): Key business units within diversified
firms.
