Negotiated the successful approval of this strategy through Senior Management team, which subsequent contract worth over $20m overall. • Managed estimating for Bayswater Power Station Tender, worth over $60m, through 18 months of bidding, re-bidding and eventually winning this high value client. Managed up to 3 Procurement Engineers, employing a mentoring approach to ensure effective leverage of own expertise through the team and flow of knowledge.

Directly managed also the Chinese fabrication of all prefabricated interconnecting pipe spools (carbon & stainless steel) and delivery (15 off 40’ shipping containers) to construction site. Overall supervision of the procurement team. Directly managed the placement of supply agreements in China and management of ongoing fabrication of both multimedia filter vessels (9 off) and cation exchange softener vessels (7 off) for 2 separate Santos sites.
