Delivered direct IT client support while managing an IT team serving 28 school locations, 3500 students
and 300 staff across Colorado. IT staff included Development Team, Network Admin, IT Specialists, Call
Center/ PC Techs and Project Manager who provided customer and company administrative support.
Developed and implemented annual strategic technology plan. Crafted annual $4.5M budget proposal
and controlled daily budget.

Recovered over $90,000 in overcharged mobile data fees through quality management of inventory and
improved vendor relationships.
