• women's are convinced to get married at younger age
• Legal system gives eases to get married with a simple
procedure.
• getting a divorce is relatively easy for mens, especially.
• Low employment, poor health & education facilities in
rural areas - people migrate to very densely populated
capital city.

9. Governments policies to minimize
divorces
• offering counselling sessions to the couples in collaboration
with UN
• Family Law & regulation's amended recently – taking huge
fines for divorces out of the court.
