3. Job Responsibilities:
Manage to drive the KRA (Key Result Area) – Dine in, Delivery and pick ups
Develop people
Coaching and training of staff
Conduct Pre- shift & briefings
Supervise safety and sanitation throughout the operation
Conduct exams to ensure 100% product knowledge
Manage the staff in opening and closing duties
Exceed the budgeted sales
Monitor sales trend/ target
Ensure food are prepared within the time frame and serve based on the brand standard
Maintain adequate backups and food stocks for the operation based on the Par level and
volume of business
Product – Deliver world class product
Supervise staffs are following proper food preparation standard and hygiene
Communicate with both BOH and FOH for the suggestive selling, lack of product availability,

Ensure Food and Beverage Focus calendar is being discuss everyday

then communicating to the BM, Asst. project coordinator, Maintenance engineer of the
company to take actions and rectify all concerns.
