Job Responsibilities:
 Manage to drive the KRA (Key Result Area) – Dine in, Delivery and pick ups
 Develop people
 Coaching and training of staff
 Conduct Pre- shift & briefings
 Supervise safety and sanitation throughout the operation
 Conduct exams to ensure 100% product knowledge
 Manage the staff in opening and closing duties
 Exceed the budgeted sales
 Monitor sales trend/ target
 Ensure food are prepared within the time frame and serve based on the brand standard
 Maintain adequate backups and food stocks for the operation based on the Par level and
volume of business
 Product – Deliver world class product
 Supervise staffs are following proper food preparation standard and hygiene
 Communicate with both BOH and FOH for the suggestive selling, lack of product availability,
Management decisions, scheduling etc.
 Ensure Food and Beverage Focus calendar is being discuss everyday
 Monitor costing - especially nonfood costing
 Minimize waste
 Ensure the right practice of FIFO is maintained all the time for the better inventory control
 Balance staffing level and labor cost by better staff scheduling
 Maintaining the asset valuation report for the better control of the equipment’s and other
management assets including delivery bikes and boxes
 Conduct physical inventories – Weekly, Monthly and yearly
 Ensure equipment is correctly used, cleaned and sanitized as per the standards
 Inspect the condition of all equipment’s and communicate maintenance and repair
 Ensure the Smooth operation within the kitchen and dining to exceeds company objectives
 Ensure the foodand beverage are preparedbasedonthe brandquality standard before serving
 Respond and resolve customers complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
 Table visits and customer feed back
 Conduct safe count, cashiering and monitoring sales trend
 Responsible in checking and monitoring trend in the kitchen especially stocks needed for
operation and place orders as needed
 Input invoices, LPO , basic food costing
 Do staff schedules
 Responsible for consolidating files of Equipment Maintenance concerns for all CPK branches
then communicating to the BM, Asst. project coordinator, Maintenance engineer of the
company to take actions and rectify all concerns.
 Maintaining the petty cash and daily account for the smooth operational flow
 Ensuring cash floats are distributed and counted effectively among the drivers, cashiers and
other supervisors
 Making the P&L and daily petty cash account
