research.

• Is responsible for quality control and microbiological analytical services that are ahead in Bioecologicos Ltda.
• Develop and follow a plan forward in time, on the viability of the products in the process of distribution, storage and
sale of the same by the company.
• Design and implement a detection of environmental pollutants that may arise within the plant.
• Observe and enforce all the rules of good laboratory practice (GLP) and industrial and occupational safety for
properly established in the Quality Control Laboratory.
• Develop and update the Procedures Manual methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis used in the quality
control of the goods.
• Support the development of the manual functions of the personnel working in Bioecologicos Ltda.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures involved in the quality control of the products.

Assistant Quality Control Laboratory.
• Preparation and sterilization of material recovery, planting, isolation of strains and quality control
(culture media required for each microorganism, Petri dishes, test tubes for
dilutions, agitators, automatic pipette tips, grips, etc.).
• Preparation of material for laboratory and production crew.
• Preparation and sterilization of equipment for production processes (packing
spoons, spatulas, fabrics, caps, bags milling kraf paper, etc).
• Preparation of necessary equipment for quality control processes.
• Preparation of flasks with liquid medium for inoculum production.
• Preparation of equipment and required for the inoculation area.
• Cleaning and disinfection of the entire area of the processes required for Laboratory Quality
Assurance and other microbiological analysis employed therein.
• Inform the Head of Quality and Research on the case of malfunction of the equipment used in
the laboratory and on the needs of equipment and supplies needed items for Quality Control
processes.
• Comply with operational procedures relating to product quality control and laboratory
management.

• The intern must receive training by the Head of Quality and Research of the processes taking place in the area
of Quality. Upon completion of training must be tested quantitatively whose rating is on a scale of 1.0 to 5.0. The
minimum passing grade is 3.0. It is at the discretion of the Head of Quality and Research reinforce topics that present
difficulty for the intern and reinforce them until they are completed satisfactorily. All processes performed by the intern
must be supervised and monitored by the Head of Quality and Research.
