ILF scope of work: Project Management
The task of the Pipeline system is to transport Crude Oil from Habshan to Abu Dhabi, which
is presently the center for the bulk of Abu Dhabi’s Onshore Crude Oil production. The
Pipeline originates from Habshan area (Arabian Golf) and terminates at the Main Oil
Terminal in Fujairah
(Indian Ocean).
Main Data:
Single main oil pipeline 48‘‘ with an overall length of approx. 404 km.
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Supervise and maintain both company and client FTP Sites for assigned Project
documentation (uploading/ downloading of documents/ drawings for review/use/ approval).
● Provides functional guidance, advise, updates and directions to all new site personnell, as
needed and required. Consolidation of Comments.
● Manage day to day monitoring of submission and review process of Request for Document
Review (RFDR)-RFC Certificates- RFCC, and Ready for Start-up Dossiers (RFSUD)-RFSU
Certificates (RFSUC) thru RFCC & RFSUC Registers.
Also manage the transmission of the approved Punch Change Request forms.
Perform quality checks to all outgoing/ incoming correspondence/ letters and transmittals
proper reference & transmittal numbers, titles and revision.
● Supervision and coordination of day to day document control activities of the Document
Control Centre (i.e. receiving, handling/ registering all incoming & outgoing
project documents correspondence, submittals/replies).
● Preparation of Technical Reports
● Preparation/ updates of document Registers (i.e.RFCC, RFSUC, RFOFSUC),for
distribution to the concerned Managers/ Engineers & reviewers.
● Ensuring that all Project records, both Eletronic and original hard copies are scanned into
the electronic appropriately filed and easily retrievable.
