• Carbohydrates. We can find carbohydrates in bread, potatoes, rice,
fruits, cakes, and other sweet foods.

• We can find proteins in meat, fish, eggs, nuts, milk and beans.

6. VITAMINES AND MINERALS
• Vitamins and minerals. Fruits and vegetables are good sources, but
minerals and vitamins are also found in other foods. Milk gives us
calcium for our bones.
