  2. 2. Work History 2013-2015, Compass Group at Argentina Compass Group is a British multinational leader in food and support services around the world. It has a subsidiary in Argentina that provides services to the most important companies in the country. 2015, SAP Technical Leader for Argentina and Chile My role was the SAP Technical Leader for Argentina and Chile, managing the supplier for the integration development between SAP and Legacies Key Achievements  I implemented risk and budget saving strategies through leading the RFP (ITT) process to select the System Integrator. The scope was the SAP implementation in Argentina and Chile, simultaneously. Vendors invited were Deloitte, Cap Gemini, Neoris and GrupoAssa.  I reduced data entry errors and provided information consistency through the Legacies Integration with SAP. Tecfood, Payroll, AFIP, Web Portal, MrComanda. 2013 - 2014, Senior Project Manager My role was Senior Project Manager for executing strategic projects. Key Achievements  I created a portfolio-minded culture and implemented appropriate tools through the definition of the Company Project Portfolio within the Business.  I reduced risks, saved budget and leveraged resources through the execution and implementation of Strategic Projects in Argentina. My role was Restaurant Technology Platform Regional Program Manager. 2010 - 2013, Restaurant Regional Program Manager I managed and administrated various projects to implement the new technology for all the Latam Restaurants, by managing different Project Managers and multi-country suppliers.
