 To supply services and products that enhance our clients' physical appearance and mental
relaxation.
KEYS TO SUCCESS:
1. Location: providing an easily accessible location for customers.
(EVACOM SUCAT PARANAQUE)
2. Environment: providing an environment conducive to giving relaxing and professional
service.
3. Convenience: offering clients a wide range of services in one setting, and extended business
hours.
4. Reputation: reputation of the owner and other "beauticians" as providing superior personal
service.
PRODUCT AND SERVICES:
 Hair: cuts, relaxers, perms, colors, shampoo, conditioning, curling, reconstructing, weaving
,waving.
 Nails: manicures, pedicures, polish, sculptured nails.
PRIVILEGES
 Membership card
 Raffle ( to encourage the customer to patronize our parlor)
MARKETING STRATEGY
> satisfied clients are our best marketing tool.
> No major advertising campaigns are going to make. Our research has shown
that the word of mouth is the best advertising for this type of business. Once we
SATISFIED our clients he/she will be broadcasting the name of our salon how
good our quality service is to the public. We will, however, run specials throughout the
week. We will also ask clients for referrals, and reward them with discounted or free services
depending on the number of clients they bring.
