PROTECTION OF SME RIGHTS The Bureau of Protection of SME rights operates under OPORA RUSSIA 20 regional offices of the Bureau in the entities of the RF. Over 7 500  application forms from the regional  entrepreneurs for the last 7 years. Over 3 500 application forms to the governmental  authorities, 25 % of which  - to the Prosecutor General’s  Office
