My name is Madhura Chaudhuri and as a Digital Marketing Consultant, I partner
with small business owners or Start-ups to help build a team for digital
operations, guiding and executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies.

iCAS™ (Indian Conditional Access System) is an indigenously
built, advanced content security platform that empowers you
with great value for money, world-class features and
unparalleled service.
BUSINESS NEEDS
This project was funded under PPP between MeitY and
ByDesign India. As per the contract a complete customer
relationship and engagement web application was required
to help ByDesign India and their clients to have a smooth and
seamless communication.
• Drive use of web instead of call centers
• Reduce contact with call centers
• Simplify customers' ability to communicate
• Provide a high quality experience for customers through a
user-friendly portal
SOLUTION
• As part of roadmap evolution, we conducted workshops
with stakeholders to generate ideas and prioritize them
depending on complexity and value.
• The first phase of implementation included basic
functionalities to establish a web presence, allowing
customers to sign-up and register customer feedback
through the website, and view their account details. The
application was designed to provide a near real-time access
to the customer information system data.
• As part of future enhancements, we enabled multiple
functionalities and features like account dashboard, raise
tickets, etc.

Earth One is a company that offers economically viable
customized solutions and consultancy services for sustainable
waste management.
PROBLEM
Earth One didn’t have an online presence to reach their
audience. We were involved to create a good representative
to a solid brand story that the company had.
CHALLENGE
The challenge was to combine elegance and informative
elements in their web interface. In addition to that, another
challenge in this project was in offering a good digital
experience to site viewers.
SOLUTION
We design and developed a website;
• That provides an optimal viewing experience across a wide
range of devices (from desktop computer monitors, tablets
to mobile phones)
• A streamlined user experience. Presentation of all content
is customized, and device-specific features.
• Flexible orientation and load time is reduced and
performance increased.

Group is a fast–growing conglomerate engaged in diverse
businesses, including Information Systems and Technology,
Electronics, Infrastructure Development, Hospitality,
Renewable Energies and Sustainability.
PROBLEM
Velankani Group didn’t have an online presence for their
businesses. The team was involved to define a visual content
strategy that covers all the businesses in one corporate
website.
CHALLENGE
The challenge was to combine all the companies in one
website and still have an elegance and informative elements
in their web interface. In addition to that, another challenge
in this project was in offering a good digital experience to site
viewers.
SOLUTION
We design and developed a website;
• Built on a platform that has the right combination of
flexibility, extensibility, performance, and ease of use.
• To have the design of the site have a similar look and feel
as distinguished as the reputation of the company.
• They needed a content management system that gave
multiple users the ability to create content and publish

PRYSM is a brand from Velankani Electronics Pvt. Ltd.
committed to delivering well-designed, Made-in-India
technology products at competitive prices. PRYSM believes in
offering products that will make a difference to people from
all sectors of society and meet a variety of challenges by
seamlessly bringing together quality and affordability.
PROBLEM
PRYSM Mobiles was a new brand and it was looking to
partner with distributors and retailers in the North region.
CHALLENGE
The challenge was to combine elegance and informative
elements in their web interface. In addition to that, another
challenge in this project was to generate buzz about the
product in the target market.
SOLUTION
We design and developed a website;
• That provides an optimal viewing experience across a wide
range of devices (from desktop computer monitors, tablets
to mobile phones)
• A streamlined user experience. Presentation of all content
is customized, and device-specific features.
• Ran Facebook targeted campaign around “Made in India”
to reach the target market and generate buzz.

Mahindra Comviva is a value-added services provider for
mobile operators. Mahindra Comviva has customers in over
90 countries, predominantly in Asia, the Middle East, LATAM
and Africa
PROBLEM
Mahindra Comviva’s previous website often crashed and had
many broken links in it, not to mention the design was not a
good representative to a solid brand Mahindra Comviva
already had, nor was it informative to its viewers
CHALLENGE
The challenge was to combine elegance and informative
elements in their web interface. In addition to that, another
challenge in this project was in offering a good digital
experience to site viewers.

First Indian CAS Software Bydesign India i-cas.in iCAS™ (Indian Conditional Access System) is an indigenously built, advanced content security platform that empowers you with great value for money, world-class features and unparalleled service. BUSINESS NEEDS This project was funded under PPP between MeitY and ByDesign India. As per the contract a complete customer relationship and engagement web application was required to help ByDesign India and their clients to have a smooth and seamless communication. • Drive use of web instead of call centers • Reduce contact with call centers • Simplify customers' ability to communicate • Provide a high quality experience for customers through a user-friendly portal SOLUTION • As part of roadmap evolution, we conducted workshops with stakeholders to generate ideas and prioritize them depending on complexity and value. • The first phase of implementation included basic functionalities to establish a web presence, allowing customers to sign-up and register customer feedback through the website, and view their account details. The application was designed to provide a near real-time access to the customer information system data. • As part of future enhancements, we enabled multiple functionalities and features like account dashboard, raise tickets, etc.

Waste Management Solutions EARTH ONE SOLUTIONS www.earthonesolutions.com Earth One is a company that offers economically viable customized solutions and consultancy services for sustainable waste management. PROBLEM Earth One didn’t have an online presence to reach their audience. We were involved to create a good representative to a solid brand story that the company had. CHALLENGE The challenge was to combine elegance and informative elements in their web interface. In addition to that, another challenge in this project was in offering a good digital experience to site viewers. SOLUTION We design and developed a website; • That provides an optimal viewing experience across a wide range of devices (from desktop computer monitors, tablets to mobile phones) • A streamlined user experience. Presentation of all content is customized, and device-specific features. • Flexible orientation and load time is reduced and performance increased.

Diverse Business VELANKANI GROUP velankanigroup.com Headquartered in Bengaluru, India’s IT capital, Velankani Group is a fast–growing conglomerate engaged in diverse businesses, including Information Systems and Technology, Electronics, Infrastructure Development, Hospitality, Renewable Energies and Sustainability. PROBLEM Velankani Group didn’t have an online presence for their businesses. The team was involved to define a visual content strategy that covers all the businesses in one corporate website. CHALLENGE The challenge was to combine all the companies in one website and still have an elegance and informative elements in their web interface. In addition to that, another challenge in this project was in offering a good digital experience to site viewers. SOLUTION We design and developed a website; • Built on a platform that has the right combination of flexibility, extensibility, performance, and ease of use. • To have the design of the site have a similar look and feel as distinguished as the reputation of the company. • They needed a content management system that gave multiple users the ability to create content and publish
  • 12. WEBSITE & FACEBOOK AD FOR BRAND AWARENESS PRYSM MOBILES Prysm-mobiles.com PRYSM is a brand from Velankani Electronics Pvt. Ltd. committed to delivering well-designed, Made-in-India technology products at competitive prices. PRYSM believes in offering products that will make a difference to people from all sectors of society and meet a variety of challenges by seamlessly bringing together quality and affordability. PROBLEM PRYSM Mobiles was a new brand and it was looking to partner with distributors and retailers in the North region. CHALLENGE The challenge was to combine elegance and informative elements in their web interface. In addition to that, another challenge in this project was to generate buzz about the product in the target market. SOLUTION We design and developed a website; • That provides an optimal viewing experience across a wide range of devices (from desktop computer monitors, tablets to mobile phones) • A streamlined user experience. Presentation of all content is customized, and device-specific features. • Ran Facebook targeted campaign around “Made in India” to reach the target market and generate buzz.
  • 13. TELECOMMUNICATION MAHINDRA COMVIVA www.mahindracomviva.com Mahindra Comviva is a value-added services provider for mobile operators. Mahindra Comviva has customers in over 90 countries, predominantly in Asia, the Middle East, LATAM and Africa PROBLEM Mahindra Comviva’s previous website often crashed and had many broken links in it, not to mention the design was not a good representative to a solid brand Mahindra Comviva already had, nor was it informative to its viewers CHALLENGE The challenge was to combine elegance and informative elements in their web interface. In addition to that, another challenge in this project was in offering a good digital experience to site viewers. SOLUTION We design and developed a website; • That provides an optimal viewing experience across a wide range of devices (from desktop computer monitors, tablets to mobile phones) • A streamlined user experience.
