Global Future Leaders 2022
GFL program is an extraordinary opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all hotel
departments and build networks with diverse people. Having the opportunity to rotate across
departments not only allowed me to comprehensively understand operations but also challenged me to
problem-solve and learn from the experience . The best part of the program has been the pleasure and
privilege of building relationships with almost everyone in the hotel. Being able to meet different people
and work with synergy couldn’t have been more meaningful and rewarding. So far, GFL program has
been an amazing learning journey and I can proudly say it is the best opportunity one could get.

TESTIMONIAL FROM GLOBAL FUTURE LEADERS
In the GFL program so far I have been rotating within the F&B division at Rosewood Hong Kong. In just
3 months' time, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the operating procedures and inner-
workings of the restaurant outlets, delivered exceptional guest experiences, and developed leadership
skills by working closely with the management team.
Apart from the hands-on exposure, what really helps me grow within this role is the support I receivefrom
all my colleagues, Talent & Culture team, and the corporate leaders. I truly feel empowered to achieve my
goals.
