1. Download from share drive:

2. First Install KES 11.2.
3. Post completion of KES 11.2, install Patch B.
4. Check patch installation status from heartbeat menu of Network Agent. Shown below.

Sending heartbeat
- Go to the installed directory C:Program Files (x86)Kaspersky LabNetwork Agent.
- Run klcsngtgui.exe as Administrator
1. Will force synchronization with the Kaspersky Server
2. Displays the Kaspersky Server IP Address (Either 10.0.6.157
or 14.141.154.135)
3. Displays the current status of Endpoint protection.
This must be in running condition.
4. Shows the last sync time with Kaspersky Server

5. Bringing Kaspersky Protection status to user’s attention
Drag and drop the icon to the taskbar.
Icon animation changes if Kaspersky encounters any issues with
the device or application itself.
Hovering mouse cursor on the icon displays the current running
status of application. For example database release data, this
must not be older than 1 day in ideal situation.
6. How Kaspersky Security Center manages computers
• In a protected network, two programs are installed on each computer
1. Kaspersky Endpoint Security, for protection
2. Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent, for management.
The Network Agent connects to the Administration Server on the specified schedule, and also if necessary. By
default, a so-called synchronization takes place every 15 minutes.
