Amin Tours & Travels (Recruiting License No.RL-981) established recently as a Human Resource
exporting organization in Bangladesh. I myself engaged in exporting manpower from Bangladesh over
more than a decade and a half directly and indirectly and ultimately decided to get my own license
from our government for smooth operation of manpower trade internationally. In view to establish this

17. BASIC DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM THE EMOPLOYER
To recruit and mobilize the workers from Bangladesh, initially we require the documents for
giving newspaper advertisement for sourcing professional, qualified and skilled manpower
and to start the preliminary / final selection of the worker although we have big numbers of
workers in our data base. This is the requirement of our government. Documents may vary
from country to country:
DEMAND LETTER
A Demand Letter is to be issued in favour of M/S Amin Tours & Travels (RL-981), mentioning
the License number and full address of the company stating the job requirements and other
terms and conditions.
POWER OF ATTORNEY
A Power of Attorney is to be issued in favour of Amin Tours & Travels mentioning the License
No. (RL-981) and full address of the company.
CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT
An Employment Contract between the Employer & Employee should be prepared stating the
detailed terms and conditions including salary, overtime and other payable benefits to the
workers during their contracted period.
VISA ADVISE/NOC/CALLING VISAS
A Visa Advise copy/ NOC/ Calling visas should send to the Embassy/High Commission of
the employer’s country in Bangladesh for stamping visas if necessary.
CONSULAR LETTER
A consular letter is required addressed to the Consulate section of the Embassy/High
Commission in Dhaka, Bangladesh of the employer’s country informing them that Amin
Tours & Travels is the lawful and authorized agent of the employer to process passport and
job visas on behalf of the said employer.
All the above documents needed to be attested from Counselor (Labour), Bangladesh
Embassy/High Commission of the employer’s country or Bangladesh Embassy/High
Commission stationed nearest location of the employer.

2) To act on behalf of the Employer in respect of such selection, travel and
matters pertaining thereto including those with the protection of emigrants,

7. Working days and working hours:
8 hours per day and 48 hours per week
8. Overtime:
In accordance with the Labor Law
9. Leave benefits:
There will be 8 days of annual leave and 14 days of medical leave and 10
days of public holidays.
10. Medical treatment:
Provided by the Employer in an approved medical clinics or Government
hospital.
22. 11. Yearly medical:
Yearly medical examination will be arranged as required by the Immigration
Department and cost incurred will be borne by employee by deduction of
salary.
12. Foreign workers Compensation:
To be paid by the employer.
13. Deceased:
In the event of any employee dies in the cause of this employment the
employer shall be responsible to arrange for the body of deceased to the
repatriated to his next of kin in Bangladesh and necessary repatriated
expenses shall be borne by the Employer.
14. Government Levy and Immigration:
Shall be paid in advance (If any) by the employer and subsequently to be
deducted from the employee’s monthly salary; visa and immigration
processing fees shall pay by employer.
15. Age:
From 21 to 40 years with physically and mentally healthy.
16. Restrictions:
a. That the employee shall not marry with any local and shall not participate
in any political activities and activities of those connected with Trade
Union in the host country.
b. That the Employee shall change his employment during the contract
period and shall not carry or do business without the written permission
from the employer.
c. That the Employee is found creating social problem and or engaged in any
illegal subversive or criminal activities, and then he will be dismissed with
immediate effect and will be repatriated to Bangladesh on his own
expenses.
17. Termination of service:
On the occurrence of any of the following events the employer
reserves right to terminate this agreement in accordance with
provision of employment act under intimation to the High
Commission/Embassy of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
a. If the employee’s breaches any of the restrictions in item 16
and is convicted under the local law.
b. If the employee’s employment pass is withdrawn by the
Government authority for any reason whatsoever.
c. If the employee is absent from work for more than 3 (three)
consecutive working days without any valid reason.
23. 18. Other terms and conditions:
a. That the employer will pay the basic salary of due months, if
any workers are repatriated before completing the contract
period.
b. If any worker resigned willingly from his service, then
resignation letter must be attested from their High
Commission/Embassy.
c. If the employer terminated any workers from his service,
then they must have the termination letter attested by the
High Commission/ Embassy of the People’s Republic of
Bangladesh.
Other terms and conditions favourable to the employer and
employee not covered herein and which are provided by the laws
of the country of employment shall apply and shall be the part of
the contract.
19. Certification:
The employer and the employee shall read and fully understand
this agreement and certify that the terms and conditions
together with the application constitute their entire agreement or
understand that aside from this contract shall be considered
null and void.
