Dear friends and colleagues!
This book is about each of you. This is a set of biographies of wonderful
people who unselfishly serve the high ideals of world science, peace and non-
violence throughout the world. This is an idea of a friendly team that is constantly
working to ensure that every inhabitant of the Earth is healthier, that the quality of life
of all earthlings is steadily increasing, and the climate of the planet has acquired its
natural characteristics. In this book you can, including - and unexpectedly for
yourself, meet many of your friends and acquaintances, and understand how much in
common you do together for the well-being of all mankind and each individual
representative. Here is just the first attempt to systematize the idea of the
Mariinskaya Academy team by industry departments, research centers and
laboratories. Soon we hope to bring to your attention an improved version of this
tome. For this we will need your great help, for which we are grateful to you in
advance.
So, to prepare for the publication of a modernized version of the IMA human
resources book, we ask you to help us solve the following problems:
1. Please invite to your branch office your colleagues who do not yet know
about the existence of IMA, but which can greatly benefit our common cause.
2. In the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 academic years, the IMA was formed only
at the level of industry branches. And only in the 2019-2020 academic year
laboratories began to appear in each branch of our Academy. Therefore, more than
four hundred members of the IMA, who entered the academy in the first two years of
its existence, are not assigned to any laboratory. Please, take part in correctly
defining the affiliation of the first participants of our work to the laboratory in which
they dream and have reason to work.
3. It is possible that in the book before you you did not find a laboratory
suitable for you or your colleagues. Please take part in establishing those
laboratories which, in your opinion, correspond to the modern needs of science.
4. Please take part in correctly building the structure of your laboratory. A
postdoc can take the place of the main research fellow. A doctor of science can apply
for a public position as a leading research assistant. A candidate for a doctoral
degree or a candidate for a doctoral degree will have to work as a senior research
fellow. The master (master) is approved as a researcher (researcher). Bachelor
works as a junior researcher. A student at your university can perform laboratory
duties. It is commendable if you teach your children or grandchildren to work from
childhood. Including - and scientific work. If this is a student, then he will be able to
become an assistant laboratory assistant in your laboratory, if his preferences,
inclinations and dreams lie in the plane of your work.
5. In the future, we plan to unite branch departments in large research centers.
At the same time, each industry branch can be part of several research centers at the
same time. Please take part in correctly identifying the topics of the research centers

according to your vision of the development prospects of world science and the IMA
mission.

U.K. Abdykhanov is engaged in research of the works of the Kazakh word
masters, foreigners and peoples of the CIS, started in the school and the institute of

Seisenbayev, studies the actual problems of the relationship between the
intelligentsia and the people in the literature of the CIS and connects them with the
culture of the East and the West. In 2002, U.K. Abdykhanov defended his thesis at

U.K. Abdykhanov gives lecture courses, conducts practical classes on the history

Ualikhan Kibrayevich was born in 1949 in a. Kitaevka of the Chayanovsky (now
Baidibek) district of the South Kazakhstan region in a family of teachers. In 1972, he
graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the Shymkent Pedagogical Institute and
worked as a teacher of Russian language and literature in secondary schools in the
Algabassky (now Baidibek) district and the city of Shymkent, in 1985-1989. -
Methodist of the Russian language and literature in the Shymkent regional institute
for the improvement of teachers, since 1989 - a teacher, senior lecturer, associate
professor of SPI, AIU, head of the department of Russian and world literature ShI
MKTU. In 1990-1995 he was elected chairman of the trade union committee of the
philological department of the institute.
U.K. Abdykhanov is engaged in research of the works of the Kazakh word
masters, foreigners and peoples of the CIS, started in the school and the institute of

advanced training of teachers. Cooperating with the Kazakh writer R.Sh.
Seisenbayev, studies the actual problems of the relationship between the
intelligentsia and the people in the literature of the CIS and connects them with the
culture of the East and the West. In 2002, U.K. Abdykhanov defended his thesis at
the Institute of Literature and Art. M.Auezov NAS RK, in 2005 he was awarded the
academic title of associate professor of literature.
U.K. Abdykhanov gives lecture courses, conducts practical classes on the history
of Russian and foreign literature, theory of literature, conducts elective courses and
seminars, and supervises the implementation of diploma and course works, the
pedagogical practice of students.
Associate Professor William K. Abdykhanov participates in international,
republican scientific and theoretical conferences, including in France, Bulgaria,
Poland, the Czech Republic, and England. He has more than 120 published scientific
works, including two monographs, fifteen teaching aids.
The circle of his scientific interests is connected with Russian-Kazakh literary
interrelations and translations. A special place in the literary searches of the scientist
is the work of R.Sh. Seisenbayeva and other Russian-speaking writers of
Kazakhstan and the near abroad.
V.K. Abdykhanov maintains a close relationship with the South Kazakhstan
Regional Institute of Continuing Education for Teachers, participates in the
