  6. 1 INTRODUCTION In recent years, along with the integration of our country into the region and the world, with the orientation of the country's economic development since 2020, the general corporate and business enterprises say private confronted with major challenges. Integration means many advantages, but also many difficult obstacles for businesses. So the line between success and failure becomes more fragile, competition becoming ever more acute. The market is a vital factor for every business sector in general and in the furniture manufacturing business in particular. There is now a new market can consume the goods. Since then, a new business can be profitable to produce operational turnaround of its business. Therefore, marketing activities aimed at expanding the market becomes more and more important for every business. Businesses trying to search for the appropriate market their products, the ability to produce the company's business. ESPEED English system of training centers pronunciation and communication with all the training philosophy focuses path from the root to the right to learn English as it is to learn a language... As a relatively young company should develop marketing activities to expand market is extremely important. Van Hien University has provided useful experience for me to prepare the human resources industry and commercial services in the future.   7. 2 LỜI GIỚI THIỆU Trong những năm gần đây, cùng với sự hội nhập quốc tế với định hướng phát triển kinh tế của đất nước đến năm 2020, Các tổ chức nói chung và doanh nghiệp kinh doanh nói riêng phải đối mặt với thách thức lớn. Hội nhập sẽ có nhiều lợi thế nhưng cũng có nhiều trở ngại khó khăn cho các doanh nghiệp. Vì vậy, giữa thành công và thất bại trở nên mong manh hơn, cạnh tranh ngày càng trở nên cấp thiết hơn bao giờ hết. Trên thị trường, yếu tố địa lý có ý nghĩa khá quan trọng. vấn đề mở rộng địa bàn kinh doanh vì thế rất quan trọng. Kể từ đó, một doanh nghiệp mới có thể có lợi nhuận sản xuất quay vòng dòng tiền cho hoạt động kinh doanh của mình. Do đó, hoạt động nhằm mục đích mở rộng thị trường tiếp thị trở nên nhiều hơn và nhiều hơn nữa quan trọng đối với mỗi doanh nghiệp. Các doanh nghiệp đang cố gắng để tìm kiếm thích hợp thị trường sản phẩm của họ, khả năng sản xuất kinh doanh của công ty. Trung tâm tiếng anh ESPEED đào tạo cách phát âm và tiếng anh giao tiếp với tất cả những triết lý đào tạo tập trung từ cơ bản đến nâng cao, nơi tìm hiểu về học hỏi ngôn ngữ tiếng anh. Là một trung tâm ngoại ngữ khá trẻ nên phát triển các hoạt động tiếp thị để mở rộng thị trường là vô cùng quan trọng. Qua quá trình học tập tại trường Đại học Văn Hiến và thực tập tại trung tâm đã cung cấp các kinh nghiệm hữu ích cho tôi để chuẩn bị là trở thành nhân lực cho ngành công nghiệp và dịch vụ thương mại trong tương lai. Thông qua các giai đoạn thực tập này, tôi đã có kinh nghiệm nhiều hữu ích cho công việc của tôi trong tương lai và báo cáo được dựa trên những gì em đã học được trong quá trình thực tập.

EVALUATION: After the internship at ESPEED I had to learn a lot about the job in the marketing department and customer care, however with the Extrovert personality I think I fit with the job of a marketing staff. In the future, I want to correct his specialized work, my goal is to become an excellent marketing personnel The first day of practice, I felt afraid to confusing, strange and worrying. But then my spirit was quite over because I was always getting the instruction and care of the staff at ESPEED especially the staff side customer care Department. After 1 month internship I was familiar with the work of the Office, the Office environment and feel the solidarity of a collective aimed towards the completion of the tasks that have been assigned a most effective way. To get good results in the need to have the departments closely and always support each other in all situations. When graduation exercises at the company I realize that learning on the theory is not enough and just apply a portion of the field in the field doing that need to combine precise knowledge outside.
