2. Question 1
• How old are you?
In this result I encountered similar
results mainly because of the
students I questioned, my small range
varied between 16 and 17 with the
odd exception of 19.
My initial thoughts;
These were not what I wanted because
the age range that I was questioning
was too strict, although, considering
that the magazine is aimed at
teenagers that go to the vale sixth
form.
On a future note my questionnaire could
also ask teachers for instance to see there
point of view.

3. Question 2
• What certain topics would you like to be in the the
magazine?
In this question I
wanted information
from the future
readers of the
magazine and
wanted their input to
potential ideas.
My results included
simple answers such
as “gaming” or
“sport”. Which I felt
gave me too little
information for me
to work with.
Better answers from my questionnaire
included discussions about “Top apps”
this gave me an indication that general
topics wanted could include technology.
In spite of all this the majority of my
answers were “topics you can relate to”
which makes good sense.
4. Question 3
• Which certain styles of photographs would you like to see
in the magazine?
Landscape? Dramatic?
Local?
I personally believe this question was too open and didn’t give the answerer
a better answer instead of simple one word answers. I also believe from this
I have learnt what styles of photographs too include in the magazine.
5. Question 4
• What colours would you like to see in the magazine?
“Black, Red, Purple.” “Purple, Blue, Black”
“Red, Black”
These were a fraction of the answers
received, this connotes that my target
audience approve the colours black and
red possibly because of significance;
denotation.
6. Question 5
• If you could write within the magazine what would you
write about?
General
questions?
Sport?
I don’t
know?
From this, I believe my question was too direct and prompted wrong
answers from my target market, for future reference I will a better
audience; a more experienced magazine user.
7. Evaluation of TA survey
In result I have discovered what my potential target
audience are looking for in terms of my magazine; colour,
topics etc. My initial thought of the survey was that the
questions asked by myself were too open, in which
prompted silly off topic answers. For future reference I have
recognized key aspects of my magazine and potential ideas.
I have also advanced in the way I will ask certain questions
so I can prompt the right answers from my target market.
