1. Title, Genre, Inspiration
The title of our film is Cottenham Park Road; we've decided to name it this because it's
based on a gang located from this area. The genre of the film will be Action as it includes
violence, close combat and frantic chases. Inspiration for the film has come from
gangster rappers, 67, from New Park Road and films such as Kidulthood, Adulthood and
BrOtherhood.
Target Audience
Demographic Profiling
The target gender for our audience will be mainly male as it's an action pact film,
including a lot of fighting and shooting which would appeal more to males. For age we
decided that it would most likely be for teenagers and young adults, reason being theres
too much violence for younger children and gang-life would most probably not be elders
choice of film and because it's targeted at teenagers/young adults the film would fall
under Generation Z. Using the Socio-Economic Model my group have decided that our
film will come under Groups D & E which means it will be thought that semi and
unskilled workers and students will most enjoy it.
Psychographic Profiling
Using this type of profiling we decided that our film would be targeted at Explorers who's
core desire is discovery meaning they have a need for discovery and challenges, The
strugglers who's core desire is Escape meaning they live for today and The succeeders
who's core desire is control meaning they're always seeking rewards.
Synopsis
A psychopathic killer released from prison seeks revenge on an emotionally damaged
wife, as it was her fault he served time, he gathers the gang to complete a heist that could
leave the wife scarred forever. The killer plans to kidnap his own daughter to get back at
his wife but she won't go down without a fight.

2. Characters
Husband/Gang Leader - Luke - This will be one of the main roles as the opening
sequence is about how he gets revenge on his wife for putting him in prison
Wife - - This is another main role, as we'll see how she reacts to what her husband has
planned for her
Daughter - Allanah - Also a main role as she is the target
Gang - Stacy, Oscar, Santi, Muna - Semi-main role as they will be in the opening
sequence a lot but more in the background
Police - Paige - This is a small role as she'll only be seen ate the beginning of the opening
sequence uncuffing the Husband
Mise-En-Scene
Husband/Gang Leader - All black attire, black hat, black glasses as this leaves him
looking very mysterious and dangerous and a higher level to the rest of the gang
Wife - Normal clothing so she will look like an average woman
Daughter - Also normal clothing so she looks like an average girl
Gang - Black Clothing, as they will look dangerous
Police - Police clothing to show she's part of the police
