Partner Lucy Le provides clients and candidates with the proverbial “best of both worlds”. With notable
insight, Lucy demonstrates expert local knowledge in identifying and placing transcendent Accounting and
Finance (A&F) talent within the Dallas-Fort Worth area. To the benefit of her clients and candidates, she
also brings to each recruiting search a unique global perspective on business markets, talent acquisition,
and corporate cultural nuances.
Born and raised in Britain, Lucy has lived and worked around the world. In addition to working in France,
she served for several years as a Financial Services recruitment consultant in Tokyo, Japan, where she
successfully recruited Accounting & Audit professionals for one of the world’s largest professional
recruitment consultancies. Developing and fostering strong client relationships with both Japanese and
foreign hiring managers, Lucy was time and again recognized as a top Financial Services recruiter.
Moving to the United States and joining Lucas Group in 2009, Lucy quickly established herself as an
intelligent, resourceful, and successful professional in the Dallas A&F recruiting market. Committed to
serving as a strategic partner to her corporate clients, Lucy expertly places top talent across the Tax,
Audit, Accounting, Finance and Treasury disciplines. She does so through a demonstrated and impressive
ability to match the desired professional skill-sets to the intangible characteristics that drive business
success.
Motivated by a passion for delivering results, Lucy’s open and enthusiast approach to A&F recruitment
has made her a leading producer in terms of client relationships and quality candidate sourcing.
Entrepreneurial and independent in nature, she enjoys the challenge of finding and securing the perfect fit
— both for her Dallas-area clients and the A&F candidates they seek.
Lucy is an active participant in the Dallas Regional Chamber – Young Professionals organization and is a
member of the Service Committee, established to promote volunteerism. She also contributes at a local
women’s shelter, assisting with resume writing and interviewing skills, and is a member of the Executive
Council for the non-profit organization Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE).
Lucy is an alumnus of Kings College London, ranked as one of the Top 20 universities in the world,
