• When we define FREE in the mortgage world it
could mean the following:
– No discount points to buy down rate
– No origination fee to do the loan
– Nothing is added to your loan balance
– No cash due from you at closing
– Someone is going to pay for all your closing costs

What is Low VA Rates Free Streamline?
• You will not pay discount points
• You will not be charged the 1% loan origination
fee (customary in industry)
• We will cover all third party fees such as:
– Title and underwriting or processing fees
• What fees will be rolled into your loan?
– In some cases none (larger your loan amt, less likely
you are to have fees rolled in)
– VA funding fee (minimal on a streamline) if applicable
– Your impound account for taxes and insurance
– Unpaid mortgage interest
