investigating elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem and seeking for known solutions
related to these more complex issues
•Take-over when needed the escalated cases sent by the MCC that requires immediate attention to ensure
that the intricacies of a challenging issue are solved faster by providing more experienced and
knowledgeable technicians.

•Roll out weekly refresher sessions based from the most common trend in the help needed cases

the case owners in updating those cases and gaining back the traction for the cases.
