Responsibilities:
• Monitor day-to-day Rigging activities; conduct regular inspections on activities to ensure that the work
environment is protected in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Allocating work to Riggers based on current demands and creating a working environment orientated to trust,
performance and team work. Providing constructive feedback to support professional development and project
completion.
• Work within strict compliance of TOTAL platform procedures on all work related matters such as reporting any
issues pertaining to products and materials.

Responsibilities:
• Competently work from drawings and Lift Plans ensuring that information is accurately relayed in accordance with
project objectives.
• Ensure the effective co-ordination and implementation of Lift plans for Heavy and Critical lifts operations.
• Assume a Level 3 Team Leader role partaking in numerous tasks such as formulating rescue plans, giving Tool
Box Talks, signing off timesheets, supervising all Rope/Rigging at height.
• Reviewing and implementing quality control procedures through regular spot checking and providing constructive
feedback to Rope Access Technicians. Also required to formulate and deliver daily reports before updating Head
Office.
• Adhere to strict Health and Safety protocol when using industrial power tools as well as when using heavy lift
