Identified hundreds of millions of dollars in Cost, Throughput and Reliability opportunities, captured and sustained by launching of 3 year strategies with dozens of structured, quarterly, Continuous Improvement (CI) teams in US and Europe integrating Reliability and Maintenance Engineering Best Practices into Operations. As global leader of Design for Reliability Centered Maint. (DFRCM), developed the Design For Reliability Process, registered as a Trade Secret when combined with the G-P Capital Work Flow Process. Incorporated DFRCM and Reliability-Availability-Maintainability (RAM) simulation model into the design of Manufacturing and Chemical Process plants to exceed stringent international design codes on innovative Capital Projects up to $650MM, eliminating or mitigating up to $77MM cost avoidance. Led the innovative development of initiatives such as: Reliability-Based Single Sourcing MRO negotiations for 4 UK plants, Combined Process and Equipment FMECA/RCM tools with Technical Audit Kazan’s to break production records, Automated Root Cause Program to simplify difficult troubleshooting process, Corporate-wide Total Productive Maint. Purchase Specs  Initiated and co-led: UK Goodwill write-off of obsolete parts ($1.5MM savings) and Reliability-Based MRO single source negotiation team for 4 UK plants. The contract rewarded increased MTBF and was still returning savings and after 9 years. ($6.1MM 1st yr savings).  Led Corp. Maint. Manager Team to develop a self-scoring TPM/Reliability audit, as a catalyst to achieve World Class Best Practices.  Requested by VP of IT to lead 13 plant team of IT and Reliability/Operations, to standardize the PI Production Loss System, designing standardized fault trees to include codes as basis for a future SMART system, so that Operators could troubleshoot while logging in downtime.  Facilitated >95 RCM/ FMECA systems, >130 RCA’s and designed corp. software accelerating: RCA, RCM, and Planning/Scheduling.  Developed successful Operations/Maint./Reliability Continuous Improvement cycle integrated into daily Work Flow Process aligning the highest valued losses/risks with problem solving, resulting in dramatic improvements in: Quality, Safety, IT, Maint. and Production.  Initiated and led International Reliability Conf.
