OBJECTIVE
I am applying for a customer service position in a financial institution,
insurance company, or business that is related to finances, credit, or
education.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
I worked in credit unions, banks, and schools in the Midwest and the
Pacific Northwest. I worked with the general public in each of the
credit unions or banks and in the schools. I was involved in hiring at
some of the credit unions I have worked at in the past. I have spent
many hours interviewing people – some were loan candidates and some
were candidates for employment. I have excellent communication skills
and people skills.
WORK EXPERIENCE
• September, 2014 through February, 2015 – Citibank, Sioux
Falls, SD. I worked as a Credit Judge. I took phone calls from
clients who had credit cards with the bank. These cards had
what was called the No Preset Spending Limit on them. The
client could request to temporarily increase the spending limit
on the card in order to make a large purchase or pay a large
payment. The stipulation was that the temporary increase
amount would be repaid by the time of the next minimum
payment due. I reviewed the request in light of the credit
history with the bank, the income and employment factors of
the client, as well as the credit bureau report. If approved, I
would increase the limit temporarily. If declined, appropriate
paperwork was sent to the client indicating the reasons why.
• October 1, 2012 through November, 2013 – Wells Fargo
Phone Bank, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I took phone calls
from customers regarding their accounts. I spent a good deal
of time reviewing the requirements of the various accounts
customers have. I also referred products and services to
customers. It was a fast paced environment with an emphasis
on customer service.
• July, 2012 through September, 2012 – Bank 360, Beresford,
South Dakota. I worked as a Temporary Loan Officer in this
bank doing a variety of tasks from interviewing loan candidates,
participating in the loan committee meetings, approving loans
within my guidelines, and helping with mortgage releases,
vehicle title recording and vehicle title releases. I also
processed paid loans, including the scanning of all loan
2. documents for the paid loans and the documents for the
mortgage loans. This position ended and I went on to work at
Wells Fargo Phone Bank.
• August, 2002 – November, 2011– Pentagon Federal Credit
Union, 400 Country Club Road, Eugene, Oregon. Most
recently I was a Mortgage Member Service Representative in
which I took calls from members and prospective members
regarding our mortgage loan products. I took some
applications over the telephone. I communicated to the
members the requirements for qualifying for the various types
of mortgages and the costs of those mortgages. Prior to this I
was a Mortgage Servicing Representative where I helped people
with questions and problems related to their mortgage loans. I
was also the insurance administrator for mortgages that were
not collecting escrow for insurance. I also was responsible for
processing lien releases for mortgages in a timely fashion. I was
in this position since December, 2005. Prior to this I was a
Loan Processor at the credit union since May, 2003 and before
that I worked as a Member Service Representative. As a Loan
Processor I worked on individual loan applications,
communicating with the members as to what the loan officer
was seeking to be able to fully review the loans for the
members. As a Member Service Representative I took calls
from members who were calling the Call Center and served
them in a variety of ways from taking loan applications to
discussing problems on their accounts to giving balances to
them.

have, I left there to go back to the credit union to work.
