12. PREFERRED VENDOR PROGRAM
Developing a structured format and procedure
on acquiring, qualifying, and managing
relationships with new and existing Preferred
Vendors. Tasks include:
• Review exiting Vendors: ensure all contracts
are up to date, contacts are current, and
products/services and pricing are current.
• Termination Contract: those who no longer
are viable vendors are to be issued Letter of
Termination
• New Vendor: potential vendors are to be
vetted and if approved, brought on board
contractually
• Collections: Follow up and enforce those
vendors delinquent on Administrative Fees due
Pharmacy Plus Network.
• Email & Fax Marketing: continue providing
regularly scheduled communications to our
Members via Email Marketing and Fax
Marketing.
• Social Media: reach out to potential
customers on individual pharmacy Facebook
pages on benefits of Preferred Vendors.
