When we heard that the Insane Inflatable 5K ventured
into our neck of the woods, the Garden of Life team
jumped on it.Team GoL Crushers, a group of 20 Garden
of Life employees, participated in the Insane Inflatable
5K recently at the Palm Beach International Raceway,

Annual Swing Into Country
This year we partnered with local nonprofit organization
Student ACES (ACE).ACE is dedicated to providing
leadership, scholarship and internship opportunities
for local high school students. Garden of Life recently
sponsored ACE’s second annual Swing Into Country
fundraising event at FAU.Approximately 2,000 people
attended! Country artist Drake White and the Big Fire all
performed, and the event received coverage on the local

Seems a few Gardeners got “bit by the dragon,” as
Accounting Director Lyne Brousseau put it! A group of
GoL employees tried out Dragon Boating recently at the
Jupiter Outdoor Center. Not only is it fun, it’s a great

Olympic Snowboarder Jessika Jenson Places Second at Mammoth Mountain
USA Track & Field distance runners and Garden of
Life Brand Ambassadors Jennifer Bergman, Olivia
Mickle, Matt Llano, and Katie Mackey all competed
in the 2016 Olympic Marathon Trials in Los Angeles
on Feb. 13. Even better, the Trials were live on NBC for
the first time ever!
Olympic Snowboarder Jessika Jenson finished in
second place at the Mammoth Mountain Grand
Prix in Lake Tahoe, California. She also competed in
the Polartec Big Air competition at Fenway Park in
Boston on Feb. 11, and placed fifth in the Women’s
competition. Snowboarder Eric Beauchemin also
competed in the Polartec Big Air and took ninth in
the Men’s competition.

The Grant Brothers Working the Waves
Kieran (pictured below) finished the 2015 SUP Racing
season ranked No. 6 in the world. He started 2016
hot, taking first with his team at the 2016 Painkiller
CUP in the British Virgin Islands.The race is a 14-mile
downwind run open to any team of three racers with at
least one female. Kieran and his girlfriend visited the
GoL Office just after his season-opening win.We hope
you were able to meet him!
Fisher (pictured above) finished fifth at the 2016
Stand Up World Tour opener in Sunset Beach on the
North Shore of Oahu.This makes Fisher the top-
ranked SUP surfer on the tour from the U.S., and
No. 5 overall. The competition was fierce and Fisher
surfed waves in the 20-25 foot face range! Check out

Ray Zahab Travels Across the Arctic Ocean
Brand Ambassador Ray Zahab and his team set out on
a challenging two-part “Arctic2Atacama” expedition that
will span over 900 miles across the Arctic Ocean. Once
the northern portion of the journey is complete, they will
journey to South America to trek across the Atacama
Desert-the driest on Earth-by bike and by foot. Garden
of Life products are vital to the team’s survival on their
