particularly awesome for guys because I put on some weight while I was doing the

The Insane Abs workout was my best friend. My back was the weakest link, and
that workout really helped build up my back muscles. So, my end results were May 2011
that I became more agile. I could jump higher, do more jumping jacks and push ups March 2011
than before, but my scale told me that I had gone up in body fat and weight, December 2010
