5. What is EMDR?
EMDR is an abbreviation of Eye Movement
Desensitisation and Reprocessing.
This is an interactive psychotherapy treatment
designed to alleviate psychological stress.
However, unlike many forms of talk therapy, EMDR
focuses less on the source of stress or the traumatic
event that precipitated it and more on the distressing
emotions and symptoms associated with it.

"NEURO" - Neurology or, more simply, your mind.
"LINGUISTIC" - The language of your mind.
"PROGRAMMING" - The set of directions we use that
lead us to our outcomes

psychological abuse leaving you feeling like an
unworthy parent, with a lack of self belief. Many
reasons are stopping you living the life you deserve
and keeping you stuck both personally and
