Panel Mounting DC Isolator PEDS150R-PM-X
Features:
Simple and compact construction, panel mounting
is firm with good sealing performance.
Optional 2-12 levels, suitable for higher current or
voltage through contact cascade or series, also
matching multi independent or parallel channel
DC power supplies.
Incorporating a user independent switching
action, spring mechanism, to ensure a very fast
break/make action which means the disconnection
of the load circuits and suppression of the arc is
normally extinguished in a maximum of 5ms.
Self-cleaning contact mechanism, reducing power
loss and abrasion, improving the conduction
performance, reducing the resistance of DC on-off
and energy loss, extending on-off life.

Enclosure DC Isolator PEDS150-ELR-X
Features:
IP66 box-type design
(1). Screw fixing of the box doesn't affect the sealing performance;
(2). Multiple mechanical seals around shafts (patented) guarantee the of
waterproof and prevent from moisture;
(3). Rotary screws are made of Stainless steel to prevent rusting and moisture;
(4). Standard cable interfacing is available with seal circles;
(5). Sealing parts Imported from overseas are employed in top and bottom
covers and 4 symmetric screws are in place to fasten the body so the
protection levels can reach IP66;
There are three lockable positions around the rotational switch lever, which are
reliable in preventing mis-operation.
The isolator is compatible with various cables: M25,M20, M16, and M12, and
with options of waterproof cable joints and MC4 joints.
The isolators are made of flame-retardant material with insulation level UL94V-0,
which is imported from overseas so that they can work stably, without offloading
in ambient temperatures of -25℃~+70℃.
The torque of isolator is 1Nm, easy to operate and the inner cable terminals
match 4mm²~16mm²cable terminals. Streamline design is used to fit human
operation and high-quality springs render the switching operation comfortable
and thorough.
The wiring space is large so that even when the isolator has been amounted, the
wiring operation is still easy and the serial connation, the parallel connation or
jumping can be customized by the user, flexible and convenient; more convenient
connection for using zero line bridge blade with angle design.
