This is an informational slideshow provided for members of the Graduate Student Association of the Department of Educational Technology at Boise State University.
2. PURPOSE OF THE GSA
The purpose of this organization shall be to:
Provide outreach, mentoring, and communication mechanisms for the
benefit of prospective and current students.
Provide a means for establishing long-term friendships and business
associations during and beyond the degree or certificate program.
Provide information to the Department of Educational Technology.
3. JOINING THE GSA
Qualifications: All current and previous students of Boise State
University Department of Educational Technology are welcome to be
members of this organization.
Who to Contact: To become a member, email the Secretary at
edtechgsa@boisestate.edu and request verification. After the
verification process is complete you will be emailed the enrollment
key.
Obligations: To remain a member in good standing, log into the GSA’s
Moodle site at least every 60 days.

Become a coordinator
Get elected as an officer

6. COORDINATORS
Coordinators: Members may volunteer, be elected, or be appointed by the
President, to the position of Coordinator. Coordinators will gather and
disseminate information on topics of interest to the GSA.

7. COMMITTEES
Committees: Committees may be formed, as needed, for topics of interest.
Committee chairs may be current officers, volunteers from general
membership, or appointed by the President.
