a software trainer, she took over the helm of Connected International Meeting Professionals Association when the

o On-site network support for the joint IMF/World Bank Annual Meetings (latest one held in Dubai, United
Arab Emirates - September 2003) including file server and mail server configurations.
o Participated in the conversion of E-mail system from GroupWise to Microsoft Exchange.

o Develop implementation plans for all departmental network upgrades.
o Participated in a project to implement connectivity between PeopleSoft (personnel database) and Novell
Directory Services so that user accounts are automatically created when their personnel records are entered
and approved for employment.
o Participated in Disaster Recovery Exercise held once a year.
o Participated in the study to implement Directory Services synchronization (e-provisioning) between all
databases used at the IMF.
