- Full-time employment in preparation for the Centre´s 25th Anniversary year
- Responsible for full program profile and finances
- Curating exhibitions, planning publications and anniversary year events
- Fund-raising, marketing and co-operation with other national photographic centres
- Initiated a 5-year Nordic-Baltic artistic and cultural documentation program of urban
regeneration starting with the Kangas-project in Jyväskylä.
- after Anniversary year a chairman of the board position continues (1994 - )
