Careers 2.0 - An initiative by Godrej Industries Limited and Associate Companies

  1. 1. At Godrej we believe that diversity brings in varied culture, experience and a fresh perspective that is conducive to achieve our organizational goals. Careers 2.0is an internship program that aims to attract talented women professionals with a diverse background and expertise, who have taken a career break a chance to return to the workplace.
  2. 2. This program offers women who have taken a career break a chance to return to the workplace with aspirational and challenging projects in various domains, with the added flexibility that is needed to balance career and personal needs. Training & Support Your project guide who will co-own the project will provide you with guidance and support throughout the project. Apart from this you will be assigned a mentor and a buddy to help you in your new journey at Godrej. Employee Resource Groups will provide networking and training opportunities. Careers2.0 Who can apply? Women with previous professional experience of at least two years and who have taken a continuous career break of 6 months or more. Project Duration & type Project durations vary from 3-6 months and can be part-time or full time (24 to 45 hours a week). These are live business projects across sectors in various divisions of Godrej Industries Limited and Associated Companies (GILAC) Compensation Project stipend will depend on nature of project, duration of work, previous experience and educational qualification, and can be mutually agreed upon during the interview process.
