Since 2002 I have been working with sales and implementation of logistics solutions for the
pharmaceutical industry primarily on GDP but also on GCP and GMP activities.
I am business minded and good at identifying solutions that benefits the involving parties and
present them convincingly. I am empathetic and analytical and can make a strategy for a
successful way to an acceptance.
I have created successful results with leading many large scale projects. I manage to make
tough prioritisation of the work load and deliverables towards external and as well as internal
stakeholders. I strive to involve the project team members when setting targets for the
projects. It is my belief that this approach gives the best buy in and motivation in the team, to
deliver on time, with the expected quality and within budget.
From my studies and several stays abroad I have an indebt knowledge of intercultural
understanding and communication in-between different cultures. I enjoy having and
maintaining a large international network.
As a leader I focus on my employees strengths and I strive to coach and support them in
finding and meeting their highest potential. My ambition is always to build teams with
strengths that complement each other. I believe that an organisation and its employees
generates the best results if you set the team so that you can focus on the strengths of the
employees and to avoid using the employee weaknesses. I am motivated by seeing my
projects taking shape and grow.
As a person I am optimistic and have a high degree of integrity. I am motivated by ambitious
