Investigate and resolve complicated customer hardware and software issues on hosted
(Iseries, Windows and UNIX) and mobile platforms. Analyze large and complex case
support datasets in generating on-point management level reports on beta support
quality and beta versus base unit performance. Provide 2nd-tier assistance to augment
