7. OVERVIEW/RATIONALE:
The School-based management (SBM) is a strategy to improve education by
transferring significant decision-making authority from state and district offices to
individual schools. Every three years the school-based management is being evaluated
and requires expenses. The School MOOE is is not enough to cover the monetary
expenses to be used for the said activity.
