The SSS and PSA activity was conducted in Barangay Mahan Ub, Baganga Davao
Oriental. It was attended by fifty-four (54) participants age above 18 to below 60, basically they
were students, and household of the barangay. Below is the evaluation form used to evaluate
the performance of the 3rd
and 4th
Year group 8 students in conducting the activity.

The table1 shows the rating scale used in measuring the level of satisfaction of the
participants towards the performance of the 3rd and 4th year BSBA students in conducting SSS
& PSA campaign.

Table 2 below shows the summary of the participantsâ responses towards the performance
of the BSBA 3rd
& 4th
year students of St. Maryâs College of Baganga, who conducted the SSS &
PSA campaign.

Table 2 shows the data for the Summary of Participantsâ Responses which has total
weighted mean of 4.93, with the standard deviation of 0.14 or it is very high which revealed the
participants are very satisfied during the SSS & PSA campaign conducted in Barangay Mahan-
ub. Based on the participantsâ responses that they are very satisfied in communication to attend
the orientation was effective and timeous with a weighted mean of 5.00 or very high.
For the second highest responses revealed that the venue was adequate and convenient
with a weighted mean of 4.98 or very high which is also interpreted that the participants are very
satisfied during the conduct of the campaign. Based on the participantsâ responses that the PSA
application and processing was clearly articulated with a weighted mean of 4.98 or very high,
which means that the participants are very satisfied during the conduct of activity in Barangay
Mahan Ub.
Moreover, overall facilitation of the orientation was great with a weighted mean of 4.96 or
very high, and it is interpreted as very satisfied. When they were asking about the performance
of presenters demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of their topics it has a weighted mean of
4.85 or very high, which means that they very satisfied to the performance of the presenter.
They all expressed positive feedback about the overall performance of the BSBA students
and it is manifested that they are very satisfied in all aspect of the SSS and PSA Campaign
conducted by the 3rd
and 4th
Year BSBA students of St. Maryâs College Baganga, Inc.
Other concerns of the Participants:

THAT WE CAN AVAIL EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. BUT MANY MONTHS HAVE PASSED,
