We believe a great sausage should contain 70% high quality
meat with the remaining 30% made up of fresh, all natural
seasonings and ingredients.
The correct lean–to–fat ratio is
imperative in order to achieve
good binding qualities, and by
using natural casings the sausage
should not burst or split during
cooking.
Most sausages contain trims and cut-offs — our sausages
are made of the finest cuts of carefully selected meats. We
grind our meat course so that you can actually see what is in
the sausage and all of our meat is 100% guaranteed Australian
grown.
All of our products are produced in a
food safe environment, with quality control
practices and procedures in place to ensure
that each batch is consistently made and packed airtight so
that the sausages remain
as fresh as the day they
were made.
