23. Employee Entry Process
Selection
• This flow is based on the current recruitment process SOP and usual onboarding workflow –
exceptions are on a real-time basis
• Confirmation of registration to employees will be sent automatically on their IDs once they
get registered.
• Process ID and ECN are required to register in Groupe.
• Employee registration process on Groupe is subjected to the recruitment process.
• Confirmation on registration depends on the number of users who are there to be
registered. If more than 20 users are registered, it will extend the confirmation email date by
1 business day.
• Training for Groupe will be done by Admin and Operations Team SPOCs (TBD) similar to
MK360.

Note
• Hierarchy will come into place where supervisor is
not available to inform. Since exiting depends on
different factors, If leadership decides then HR
could have the authority above supervisor to
inform Groupe DL to deactivate user.
• Reactivation requires new ECN and Process ID
which will be subjected to entry process. IT will be
sending the new ID and ECN info to Groupe DL.
• NCNS is subjected to particular situations (example
emergency)
