In charge of logistical operations for branch on day to day basis, Provide training and sales coaching to assist
employees in their career development, conduct sales and service calls to maintain relationships with current
corporate accounts and gain new business, Increase revenue and sales to lead to larger profit margins, enforce
proper underwriting procedures to reduce branch losses, network within community and small businesses to
improve branch fleet growth, review quarterly income statements to improve profit margins.
-During tenure branch has experienced over a 35% increase in operating profit, including months which
totaled over a 100% increase for that respective month.
-During tenure branch has experience over 40 % increase in revenue growth and a 25% increase in fleet
growth.
-Assisted with the signing of Davis Standard (North Stonington, CT) to a National Corporate Rental
Agreement.
-Helped lead area to a 169% increase in Corporate revenue growth over last quarter, including a 200%
Increase in small business revenue out of Watertown location.

Bulk of responsibility occurred during tenure in Enterprise’s Mystic location. During this tenure I was directly
responsible for day to day operations. As only one of two employees in the office I had a direct impact on the
overall financial success and customer service success within the location.
2. -During Manger’s paternal leave I was solely responsible for the day to day operations within the
Mystic location.
-In time running the office my individual and office sales ranked #1 in Connecticut and Lower Mass.
-In tenure at Mystic office the branch posted the highest customer service score in group with a total of
90% complete customer satisfaction.
Marketing & Management Intern - May 2013-December 2013
Provide face-to-face customer support and problem solving, computer booking, and telephone assistance as
needed. Perform outside marketing visits to companies such as Wright Pierce,Wesleyan University, and
