7. What is a library?
• All humans need to innovate themselves and be
inspired by meeting knowledge, information og
experience
• The libraries are the places where the citizen’s will
meet inspiration, experience and ideas. Either
alone in a shared public space or by meeting other
people.
• The libraries supports every single citizens
possibillity to create change in there own lives
through inspiration, social encounter and
communities and with an eventuality to contribute
to social reform.
