Problem Statement: Middle management and above were spending little or no
time on the corporate intranet and LMS
Solution: Essar Oil offered ‘LearnOnTheMove’ to its senior executives on
Smartphone using Drona Mobile. CEO messages along with other top leaders
learnings in the form of short videos, presentations were then scheduled for
pushing twice in a week.
