Project Description: UBS Global Reconciliation Utility: It is key control process in the UBS entity ensuring
the data (trades) are flown correctly from upstream system to downstream/ settlement systems. It
minimizes the risks of the organization and Clients money and Settlement takes place on time.
 Handing the below process in Global Reconciliation Utility operations
• Intersystem Reconciliations: - Reconciliation of intersystem arising out of OTC Equity
derivative, FXMM market, Cash Equities etc.
• Break Investigation:-Investigation of the Breaks present in reconciliation & responding to
client queries received over phone and emails.
• UAT Functional Testing: Perform Test plan and analysis before the Live stage.
 Skill

2.  Responsibilities:
• SME for Equity Intersystem, Market control, FXMM and OTC Equity Derivative
reconciliations.
• Ensure team members to follow up and approve the process SOP’s.
• Ensure the team quality scores meets to the client requirements.
• Responsible for supporting the team on process queries.
• Ensure all process changes/updates are effectively communicated to all team members
• SPOC for “Close of Business” day report for Equity Intersystem, FXMM, Market Control &
OTC Equity Derivatives reconciliations.
• SPOC to Setup and handle daily onshore/ production calls for “Start of the day “issues and
maintaining Production pack.
• Resolving /Follow-up the queries from clients and IT through Chat channels, mails and Calls.
• Migrating reconciliations from one tool to another tool. Analyzing the trade flow behavior
with static and dynamic mapping tables and feeds.
• Handling the process related issues and establishing control checks to team.
• Responsible for UAT project planning like creating testing scenario, test plans, and check list.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing of the Functional Requirements of business processes.
• Assist in the parallel running of the current system to ensure the new system results are
validated against the existing system.
• Documentation of UAT Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Scripts
• Was integral in preparing the SOP’s and Process Maps for Inter System Reconciliation.
• Providing the key factors on process up gradation and reporting clients on work drivers.
