The All Access Event Manager Mobile App integrates social media such as Facebook and Foursquare (and subsequent versions will incorporate Twitter as well) to provide an engaging and holistic experience for its users.

2. DESCRIPTION
• The All Access Event Manager mobile app
(soon to be released to Black Berry App World
subsequent to beta testing) incorporates
social media such as Facebook and Foursquare
(and Twitter for later versions).
• This app will truly enhance your liming
experience so you can find the best places
to be and share with all of your friends.
4. HOME PAGE BEFORE LOGIN
• Once the app is installed, the best way to use it is to register
through Face Book. So go to "Register with FB" and put your FB
name/pw in and connect with your FB friends who are using the
app. Invite your FB friends to download the app so you can connect
with them on All Access as well. If you don't have a FB account,
there is a manual registration you can use (registering via use of
email address).
Next, the app connects with BBM so you can chat with your BBM
list, share files, photos, music all within All Access Event Manager!
Once it runs through these connections, you're linked for good!
You
don't have to do this again.
7. HOME PAGE AFTER LOGIN
• Subsequent to logging in, you have one of 6
options to choose from:
• Events
• Friends
• Alerts
• Messages
• Profile
• Settings
10. EVENTS
• Upon clicking the "Events" button, one is able
to see the full event calendar listed by date.
You can search for a specific event by name,
location or date by using the search bar.
• You can also search for events for each of
the next 7 days by using the buttons at the
bottom.
13. FRIENDS
• Upon clicking the "Friends“ tab, you'll see the
friends you're linked with through FB and
BBM as well as their updates. You can find
more friends through the search bar and
invite them to connect with you here at All
Access!

• When you click the “Events” tab, you would
see a listing of either friend requests and/or
invitations to events.

• If you open an event invitation, event details such as
Name of Event, Date of Event, Location, Promoter of
Event, and even a website link and Facebook link for
the Event can be seen.
• When you find an event you're interested in, click and
it will take you to the page for that event. Here you
can see all the information you need to know as well
as: tell everyone "I'm going". You can invite friends to
come with you, you can post photos, you can rate the
event or read and write a review. On the day of the
event you can "check in" when you are there and see
who else has checked in so you can make sure you link
up with all your friends.
28. PROFILE
• You can go to the "Profile" tab and add whatever
information you would like to share - your name and is
pulled in through FB, but you can add your location and
any status or comment you would like everyone to see.
• Whatever activities you engage in (e.g. accept a friend
request or indicating you are going to an event), you
can go back to your profile where you can see all the
activities you just did are listed (via clicking “Status” or
“Events” tab under your Profile.
36. SUGGEST AN EVENT
• The All Access Event Manager mobile app allows
you to inform us of an event (subject to our
approval) which can be added to the Events List.
• The provision of spaces allows for in depth
information of the suggested event to be
illustrated (Event name, Promoter, date and
time, Location, Website, Facebook page, Contact
Name, Contact phone number, contact email,
and details of event. An image of the event flyer
can also be inserted to give that final touch!
