Director for Monitoring - Adult Education Division – Aligned management supervision activities and

plan was developed through thorough discovery of the federal and state laws governing service provision and

IT support for Logistic Unit- Functioned as the IT liaison between Corporate IT services and the

Evolved into a data analytics specialist, by providing IT support for the Transportation Management

Deputy Executive Director/Director of Day Services - Developed agency operational program budgets,
provided supervision of service provision, and met compliance of funding source performance standards.
This was accomplished through the supervision of over 100 employees in providing facility, community,
employment and personal assistance based services to over 80 recipients in 4 counties. Continuous process
improvement techniques were used to monitor state compliance, develop cost effective service programming,
and to meet budgeting expectations. During my tenure I developed operational plans for the expansion of
services growing from $1.5 million to $4.3 million. That growth cycle provided the opportunity to develop
processes for:
Quality improvement planning - identified, corrected and documented corrective actions to
completion
Incident management coordination and conflict resolutions – intake, tracking and trending of
incidents
Agency training – meeting or exceeding training requirements for direct care employees
Facility design and maintenance - expansion of facility during grant expansion cycles and
